Ok.. I will try one more time... there is a mm bidding for a customer at .0051 the next customers' bids are at .0049 the guy bidding at .0051 wants LLEG today... he gets tired of waiting, so changes order to .0052 Gets the stock, then the other bidders at .0049 become the bidders, and they are willing to wait. the bid changed to .0049 RIGHT AFTER the .0052 trades

the part that is hard to wrap your head around is why on earth would someone who is selling at .0052 (and moving stuff) to then dump at .0049 for 6% less??? unless someone else dumped at .0049 which is also unlikely...
