Well without any news it's definitely going to settle somewhere I think. Already did it for the last few months after news of the patent. While I'm not against it stabilizing, small gains like what we're seeing today (so far) aren't gonna hurt that much unlike the 50% gain the other day that reversed yesterday. I think people are seeing the potential from the limited amount of info we already have and have a pretty good idea that this is just around the bend from a significant move up.
