I know all about the all about my new cars electrical stuff.

First of all, headlight and foglight turm themselfs off if one forgerts to turn them off. Second, there 30 computers in my new car. After one turns the cars off, there's a little batery drain to keep the memoty of those computers, you doofus, as usual!
