The irony is not lost on me. Every person, business, accounting firm et all that is part of the JBII "team" is touted as the best , most experienced, etc.. blah , blah blah.. ofcourse until they aren't. The top 4 highly touted accountanting firm is now not good enough for JBII? And WOW! another LOI? But ofcourse secret unamed buyer? Perfect! How much money will it cost now to pay E&Y and the new accountant "team of the month" to get the k out ? Gee you think the year end filing might be delayed again..?
