So if JBII hasn't submitted the revised permit by the 1-15-2011 deadline the company is being fined daily? Geez it has been over 30 days .

LOI is great but contract is better. It is just smart business to not reveal the buyers name at the LOI stage, unless of course you can use it as a marketing tool, which seems to be the case with Sousa in FL. IMO
