#2914 RE: palmspringsbum #2913

Revenue Stream from Montana Plant. I will post sources at the end.
From Lease agreement: $10k/mo.+$15/MT over 2,000MT due Great Plains.
3,000MT @ $60/MT due CPOW=$170K/MO net revenues or $2.04M/yr.
Produces 42k/mo barrels of unprocessed oil. Based on 12/10 canola oil prices. note: we know those prices have escalated.

Value of unprocessed oil: 2k/MT @ 941.25/tonne = $1.883M/mo.
Value of meal: 2k/MT @ $215.05/tonne = $430.1k/mo.
Cost of seed: $461.81/tonne
Gross Revenues from Montana: $30.2M/yr based on 2010 figures.
We still have 3k/MT of processed Camelina oil from run for Great Plains to Alabama plant for further processing to biodiesel or jet fuel. note: I believe jet fuel.
The only thing we don't know about this plant is maximum output.
Known: Lease pays for itself as long as production is at both minimums 2k/CPOW and 3k/Great Plains.

I figure with just the revenue stream from 2 sources of $37.2M/yr without the China deal of $40M/yr they can find a way to relieve their debt. PPE not sure. That is for smarter guys with more info.
Even if my data is off we still have a major player with CPOW as a startup. Now you can understand, maybe, how much effort the CEO has put into building this company and all of the major players involved.
Hope this has been informative. Thanks to all here. You run a fine board. Go CPOW!
cost of time this report 3 hours.
A guy could write a book on this company, already.
