All the wood you mentioned will burn well except the osage orange. That stuff (as I recall) really puts out the creosote and could pose a chimney fire hazard. If you get a multi-fuel unit, try to get one with separate combustion chambers for the solid and oil/gas fuels. This will essentially eliminate fouling of your burner nozzle, which can be a problem with single chamber units.
