SEC filings puts the number just under 5 billion.

From the 10Q filed 2/22/11...

As of February 16, 2011, the Registrant had 4,956,321,980 shares of common stock, par value $0.001 per share, issued and outstanding

The figures at the T/A are not up to the SEC filings which are from the company, direct.

All the transfer agent has are their own process as to where they are caught tup to.

Don't believe me, call the company direct, or better yet, email Troy.

I did many weeks ago, and check the SEC filings first.

seems like Varok is correct....and if company was going to dump the additional 500 mill shares they would have done much better by holding back on announcing the increase in A/S .....the 500 mill shares would generate more cash...makes sense
