Yes I noticed that, but wondered why the transfer says another figure..

I usually always confirm share structure with the transfer agents rather than rely on filings..Not saying anything towards the difference between these figures.

So let's assume that the filings are correct, than it is safe to say that we are tapping into the next 5b shares today.
