Hi Cork, what did you mean when you said on the QSGIQ board:

I am a fairly new investor and am invested in QSGIQ. I might be considered one of the "longs" since I have been in since .16 and holding. Your comment makes me nervous because I do not know what to expect because I have never played a Q before. We all have to start somewhere and this one seems like a solid one to start with. However, it is hard to sift through some of the weeds.

Do you consider QSGIQ to be one of your "Home Run" plays and what do you expect to unfold in the near future? What is a "gap and trap"? Any of your thoughts would be appreciated. You can email me @ [e-mail] if you do not want to post public.

Atrinsic, Inc. (PINK: ATRN) today announced that it has filed for protection under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, Manhattan Division, under Case No. 12-12553.
The filing was precipitated by the cessation of direct-to-consumer subscription products and Internet search-marketing agency businesses, coupled with the Company's inability to raise additional working capital or financing.
The Company, just prior to the Chapter 11 filing, entered into a Plan Support Agreement with its senior lenders which will result in the filing of a plan of reorganization, on or before June 30, 2012. Such plan contemplates a redistribution of the assets and equity to creditors and existing equity holders.
The Company is represented by Jonathan Pasternak and Erica Feynman of the law firm, Rattet Pasternak, LLP based in Harrison, New York.

*Who has been appointed custodian for ATRNQ the judge appoints a custodian and everything goes through the bankruptcy court appointed custodian that is the person who will be making the decision for ATRNQ. the way i read this PR Atrinsic, Inc. Files for Chaper 11 Bankruptcy Protection this bankruptcy will be over in 10 days or less, In the filing of a plan of reorganization, on or before June 30, 2012. Such plan contemplates a redistribution of the assets and equity to creditors and existing equity holders. this bankruptcy case here ATRNQ looks like it has already be pre package and decided and it needs to do is go through the legal proceeding and get the dates and stamping throw it into the judge box for signing.

Then on July 2 2012 ATRNQ will get a new symbol or go private either way the present share holder gets nothing you will not be giving new shares of the new company the best thing for you to do now is call the bakruptcy court in New York and ask for the online web site address were you can follow ATRNQ bankruptcy legal proceedings.
