So what is the actual share structure and how many air-shares have been issued by the old BOD?

I don't think the company should have to pay out on false shares Kelly, but I do believe that Ameritrade should have to if they do turn out to be false since they're the ones that sold me my shares as legitimate stock issue.
They're big enough to sue to get their money back from who ever is found to really be at fault.

For whatever reason, I just have gotten to where I just cannot listen to this air share BS any longer without saying someting.

So my apologies for not being able to have 10 years (more) patience, instead of 3-5.

Here are the reasons *anybody* got any *piece* (whole or part) of any "dividend" from AURC:

1. You had almost no shares, relative to how much it cost them
2. You were visible to their "public"
3. You seemed a good bet to be obliviously capable of constructing wild, fantastic explanations for the most clearly corrupt and (OK) incredible machinations on the part of your "puppet masters".

If you fit well for 2 and 3, but had "too many shares" for them to warrant or justify the expense, based on their potential return on investment, they were even blatantly, heinously brash enough to "let's give 'em part of it, and let 'em go to work".

I swear, I just cannot bear to see these explanations from Americans, or Russians, or anybody else much longer...

But wait - I just got recycled - I blurted it out
So take that back - I'll be good for another couple years of this
