Ameritrade didn't sell you your shares. They did allow you access to buy them though. Ever notice when companies like Aurus are completely empty shell scams there are always fantasies about shorts...air shares...paid bashers...etc etc. You'll see it on every scam message board with 'LONGS' that were fooled into believing they were buying something real. Bring it back to basics. The company is a fraud...always has been...to sell worthless shares to 'investors'. Some use these scams as a flipping vehicle...some get caught holding them wrongly believing they are an 'investment'. Bottom line...air shares...real shares...short shares...long shares...all represent the same thing....worthless shares in a phony company based on unrelated Russian assets...where they can't even be bothered getting their fake data correct compared to last years fake balance sheet. I mean let's be real here. This has become a sad joke. All this talk about air shares etc? Just distracting from the real problem. None of the shares represent anything in Russia or otherwise so really what does it matter? In summary...don't try to overthink it. Air shares or not...they're all worthless and you were ripped off from day one. 500 million shares? 700 million shares? 1 billion shares? What does it matter? It's worthless paper representing nothing so it may as well have a trillion shares. Suing Ameritrade? Cmon.
