I understand their policy and am not trying contradict you in this matter all I am saying is what I know to be true from conversations.
Policy is not always followed as is should be when enough pressure is put on there are time people mess up and say things before they think about policy or people are told by a higher up to do something against policy.
Point and Case the DTCC has a policy not to deal with the individual investor. Yet after calling over 30 times and calling the CEO directly I recieved a phone call by the DTCC (a few people on conference call actually) who were instructed by the CEO to Discuss with me SMPP due to my persistence and in an effort to stop the amount of messages they recieved from me.
I can only say what I was told on the phone by the people I talked to. Policy or not.
I agree with the point they are not supposed to but it is what it is. And I do Not and will not lie about anything I post I hold myself to a higher integrity than that.
