What folks have to remember here though is that there was an old CEO and insiders heading out(damage already done) and Vince and new management that came in.. i just dont take it as Vince setting this up to dump then RS.. I have talked with him a couple times now today about this and he truly believes the RS was the only way to clean out the old regime and position himself better to continue executing his business plan which includes acquisitions...maybe im just being too optimistic because i still hold shares here ..who knows
