I'd like to believe the part about cleaning the old insiders out, 'cept it doesn't work that way. Their shares don't get canceled out. Just the symbol changes. And yes, they go thru the same r/s like everyone else, but you can be sure they'll still be there presenting resistance as before.

what ever it was, it was certainly coordinated with the company, the company put the pr out yesterday a day prior to the r/s, both of which were planned by the company, that pr was intentionally put out a day before so someone could get out,...very underhanded. there were a few times i had thought about going long on this stock b/c it certainly seemed real and i too had gotten that sincere vibe, but i let the price action dictate my course and it just wasn't adding up so never did. i hope in the end vince builds an empire of gold for all the shareholders, but like someone stated earlier the chances of that happening are pretty slim. i'll be hanging around and watching, it's a promising business, but it'll take a lot now to convince me that the shareholders are anything more than just a means to an end.
