beech this is a very nice day for sure. It sure looks like gap up at open will hold, due to the large volume. I wasn't very optimistic this morning due to the DOW yesterday and today's earthquake, and the huge % of shorts which could try to hold it (although that part is more likely to start in a few days if they can) but we have turned Green so all boats float and some have mulitple oars pushing them.
If it holds til close, and it looks like it may, shorts have got to be getting nervous, and hopefully some more covering, like we just went through a while ago.
In about 2 weeks the stock has gone from 20% short of float to about 17%, a 15% decrease in shorting. I thought more covering would have occurred but there is still a lot left to cover and that could be VG for the stock SP if good news continues.
