I don't see the company not answering every time a blog posts something negative as ominous. In a country with a population like China not responding to E-Mails personally is probably common.

I'm sticking with my theory that the company releases the 10-K on
Monday without any pre-announcement. Just my gut - could be wrong, of course.

Regardless of whether the 10-K is released early, on time or late, I am comfortable with my position in the stock and quite confident that I will benefit from remarkable appreciation in my shares over time. and I own nothing on margin, hold no options, and am a pretty patient guy...
