Does it concern you since the company actually has not responded at all, other than the letter on Feb 7th?

They are definitely not obligated to answer each and every request or accusation, but no response at all to so many accusations which have caused such damages within such a short period is really weird.

Many have been hoping and waiting and then kept changing expectation and timeline, and now our back is pushed to the wall literally, as bUrRpPPP! is claiming tomorrow, Mar 11, is the day. But what if there is still nothing in 24 hours?

Then I guess somebody will revise the timeline again.

but why didnt $ccme cheng have an open conference call back in february to answer questions from investors. Or even have now. He just released a pr statement and thats it. People here would say, hes been given legal advice not to say anything, but then why was he legally allowed to release a pr statement. i just dont understand, its the many things i dont understand. then there are the people who said cheng doesnt have the time to answer some guys accusations. Ok he took time off from his vacation to answer the accusations. I dont understand how they could come to the conclusion he doesnt have time if he took time off from his vacation to answer that, but doesnt even answer the question about the muddy waters audio recordings, video documents, and paper documents.
