I don't think anyone is trying to protect you. Your "investment" is already dead meat. I am sorry that you lost money but there is nothing I could morally do to help you. The brokers are protecting themselves by preventing new buyers from being sucked in.

I was posting about CMKX long before the SEC halted it and the litigation was filed. The red flags have been waving for quite a while.

I want to see UC doing a "perp walk" and what little he hasn't already spent returned to investors.

You know, the same people have been warning others about this stock for many months prior to any SEC action. It is not just a "Johnny come lately" thing. Also, I would disagree with you that people know the risks. Those who post on IHUB, RB, etc. have the chance to learn. But for everyone who reads the boards, there are probably 25 others who do not.

*easy to bash a subpenny stock that has not only been halted, but has the SEC on their azz. i think people know the risks. if not, they shouldn't be investing.
