A SEC guy that had nothing to do with CMKX. Obviously you haven't read much about why he resigned or you wouldn't even bring it up. The SEC is not the problem - UC and CMKX cheated you out of your money. It isn't NSS. It isn't the SEC. It isn't the DTCC. It is a guy who hornswaggled you.
Maybe we should look at the value of CMKX.....
We can check the audited financials - Ooops, I guess we can't do that.
We can look at the official core sample reports to evaluate the value of the drilling so far - Ooops, I guess we can't do that.
We can look at the contracts giving mining rights to CMKX - Ooops, I guess we can't do that.
We can check the 8-K's to see what the float is - Ooops, I guess we can't do that.
We can check the 8-K's and 10Q's to see how many shares are owned by insiders - Ooops, I guess we can't do that.
Let's see..... How can we find out the real value of CMKX? I know! We can read the cult message boards and get isnide info on how CMKX is going to destroy all the financial institutions in the United States and get bought out for more money than any other company in the world is worth! Not to mention we will be getting Bilions from the DTCC as a settlement for unspecified and unproved wrongs committed by them. We can also say that CMKX is worth billions because we know there are diamonds in Canada so we must have gazillions of them waiting to be picked up by CMKX. This is about as likely as my saying that the bank down the block has a million dollars in its vault so there must be a million dollars in my bedroom.
