Since SMPP is named as a defendant in the complaint, I would think they would have to get that removed by an additional filing to separate out thier responsibility. Even though the Prayer For Relief section II of the complaint only is the only part that applies directly to SMPP and just requests SMPP to no longer break the rules.

Sully, I just got a call as well from the SEC. Got the same message. As you state, we need to call EVERYDAY to keep the pressure on and get statuses. DO NOT LET THEM REST.
