Two rods fished off of planer boards a hundred feet or so out from the boat on each side, with quick releases...actually the quick releases were elastic bands.

Two rods on downriggers, down anywhere from about 75 to 160 feet.

Two rods straight of the back of the boat pulling plugs on top.

All the other rods were pulling Bill Norman crankbaits.

We also jigged for bull trout, got lots between six and 10 pounds.

It's not fly flishing, but still fun.
