I agree with roundmouth. Truth is a "complete defense in law".
They don't have to give up JVA details but they could reveal a whole lot more as the "NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT" can't relieve them of their obligations to stockholders. I don't care how much(%)JJ owns, anyone owning "ONE SHARE" has stockholder rights.
Their hiding behind a non-disclosure agreement is getting tiresome.
