YOU ARE SO CORRECT! There's only one reason why a company does a REVERSE SPLIT, followed by MORE DILUTION -
CBAI is not doing well. No profits spells disaster.
A good company has profits to show quarter over quarter. Projections of profits to be met. Increasing share price year to year. Matt has none of this. The longs are getting totally played out of their money. But that's the risk you take with sub-pennies.
The company is in dire straights. The A/S has spiraled out of control. Now Matt wants to reverse split and start the process all over. Isn't that the good ol' rinse and repeat?
How is Matt any different than any other scamming pinkie CEO?
