And how do you think that R/S post YAG effects us? I assume that you are a shareholder here.

Turnit,

What I meant by that post is not that Meller would be retiring his own personal shares in this process, but rather, that with his potential massive increase in shares due to the loan agreement, I am not sure how it would play out in terms of the company retiring shares for the purpose of a buyback.

I think Clownie is correct in saying that a share reduction would increase Meller's current holdings, clearly...but as Det brought up, there may be some kind of SEC rules around retiring shares with such an agreement being held.

Why do you doubt aother buyback will happen when one already did occur? As Meller told me directly, he does not want to consider a R/S for the very reason of his large holdings in this company.

R/S's rarely are effective for stocks at this level...of course, if he can back up the split with significant enough developments, then it is always a possibility, but from my discussion with him, it seems he would rather use buybacks along with organic growth of the company and reduction of debt (which I personally favor) to increase shareholder value and ultimately, pps.

In my opinion, with a float around 8 billion, and with the future looking ever brighter for Trey in terms of revenues etc....reducing the O/S is a fantastic method of bringing new investor blood into Trey. Why conduct a R/S down the road (which is so often associated with dying companies and scamsters) assuming they continue on their upward trajectory, when they can buy back at the .0001-.0002 range now and have an immediate positive impact on their bottom line?
