I don't think this case has anything to o with all the other baggage you listed. IMO, that's all sad history. I doubt any money can be found for restitution. If there is some money for that purpose I'd guess the SEC will see to it's distribution.
We can expect that along with looking for the next shipment of Jet Motors.
