justerx, believe me I share your dismay that this conviction only covered the tip of the snake's nose. That March 2005 was what got me in ,in the first place. But I only bought about 50K shares on it. The other 250K was bought on their other lies. This is what passes for justice? DISGUSTING!
I see it as another example of a lazy dysfunctional government/ legal system. And Government wants to run health care!
From what I read it doesn't stop other charges from being filed it demands a full accounting of Dial's finances and recompense to victims but probably only those from that one PR
it kinda sucks BUT the fact he should get some jail time is some consolation
