dws. I assume you're referring to my quote below. I probably should have used "eliminating the frustration", because I have no doubt that Nokia will eventually sign along with LG.

I am confident that will happen and IDCC will one day approach $100. Events are just taking longer than I expected because I felt we would get a positive decision quickly and LG reup would follow very quickly and we would be very close to $80 in 3 months.

I have no doubt this will all happen, but I'm beginning to believe it might take longer than I had hoped for. Hope that is a better description of the previous post. mo. .. nic

Maybe the quarter story will heat up these IDCC shares and put some confidence back in a bunch of us who are IDCC freezing.
