This is about one PR? How much did they profit? How many shares did they issue? What about the buyout PR? What about my CTBG shares that were distributed and taken with IRA's and accounts put on margin? This is about one Press release 3/5/05 with absolutely no details. Global tools isn't even mentioned or any other PR's of the company's Jim Dial bought.
I know I am a little bit late with reading this as I only check it every so often. My take is that the SEC really encourages this kind of fraud by not really slaming these crooks that only get a slap on the wrist. I wish I could get away with millions of dollars and spend 5 years in some super comfortable prison that these white collar guys get to relax in while counting their money. Bah! SEC Stinks!!! Investors get bilked for millions and these guys plea bargin for one out of hundres of counts of wire fraud, etc. Double bah! Phooy! and Damn! Thank God there there is a higher judge Dial will be answering to.
