bulldzr: Yes, a '3rd' reason for the drop is the concern about LG not signing even though Wm Merritt feels that they will sign a renewal.
It would have been interesting if InterDigital would have waited a couple of days after releasing earnings to release their projections for 1-Q-2011 to see if we would have dropped as bad.
But, I think IDCC wanted to get it all out on the table and let the market decide what it wanted to do with the results and guidance.
SO, IDC has approximately 24 days to pull a rabbit out of its hat and show the street they were wrong! Let's hope they can do it.
