AMCSATX-looking to pick up shares now...need these 2 questions answered

I apologize for taking board time up....looking to pick up shares now
I will go back and do additional DD,it will take a few days...
As I have not been closely following the board , conf. Calls etc. I am not up on all the recent developments....I will begin reeducating myself.... I would appreciate a little help-heads up.. with these Two quick questions

1.What is the potental positive/negative impact of the CAFC ruling... when is it scheduled to be released?
2.Where do we stand on LG and how much revenue will be lost and when as a result?

Any other pertinent info or links to pertinent posts or articles would be greatly appreciated.
