When asked if the indictment will hold up the merger the answer from the very credible Mr. Owens was no.

Brother Iman.. I see this from a different perspective.

I have NO PAIN WHATSOEVER from a 1:4 Reverse split BUT am filled with HARD TO CONTAIN EXCITEMENT of owning 25% of something with HUGE POTENTIAL Value.

Where I see we are standing today we own 100% of a $200K-$300K Flight school in Jacksonville Fl. Divide that by 1.5 Billion and you don't get much... Heck..I don't even have paper stock certificates I can use to cover the wall..!!

BUT at this Stage 25% of something (or even ANYTHING) is the best deal I see on the Table.. Waiting for the last 2 cards to be turned face up..!!

THIS DOESN'T INDICATE I don't have some concerns as QASP as a ongoing concern even after Centaflix/QASP merger. Last night I was doing some searching and found some historical information that has me scratching my head. I going to write to the parties involved for an explanation before I post anything.

Maybe it's just something I can't through my thick head but has me having a little trouble adding 2+2 and not getting all the way to 4... close but just not quite there....

More later when I get a response..

Peace Brothers & Sisters

"Only 375 million shares" sounds good once everyone's gotten over the pain of the reverse split.

Mineseeker is so far off the horizon that its not worth talking about now, yet you do often.

The MAJOR ISSUE is the impending criminal indictment of people involved with QASP. When will that occur - weeks or months? Who will be named - just Dean and Joe or wider pool?

I beg of you not to slit your wrists over this stock, we've had one too many suicides already.
