I guess it depends on who's indicted and how concerned Owens' lawyers are about shareholder litigation against QASP for loses resulting from Bradley's actions. Just because Bradley's indicted, doesn't free QASP from exposure to litigation. A contingency lawyer can easily file class action suit to recover loses and other damages, especially if see QASP now has assets and a motivation to settle.
