I agree there is better than good chance, or Maone15 had to be be hand in glove with the Kirks. I informed ASC of certain errors in its latest order, that the TSHO promotions started on in Aug 2009 not Feb 2010. That the Stillman "Buy Side" reports for PBEC were most likely generated by Ben Kirk and De Beers had to have his head under a rock on the moon not to have known what Skymark was up to.
The problems is that penalties for massive frauds like this are slight, so investors for most part are left holding the bad with no restitution
