Even if Fifer was aware of the upcoming changes. Don't you think if he issued an NR prior to it would compromise the integrity of Martinelli in divulging information to Fifer prior to the Panamanian public.. It would go ahead his whole game at the moment whereby hes making the public believe that is against mining.
So they issued a PR one day after announcement. I am not complaining about this. They very well could have issued a PR yesterday some time during the day. Keep in mind 4 million dollars came in pretty quick to scoop up those shares as well as the money that was invested today being nearly 2.5 million thus far. Who knows, there could have been a private PR to institutions and some other big boys in the know already invested or looking to invest. With all the happenings that PTQ has for itself, it is tough to just drop all at once to issue a PR when management is not as paranoid as we are about the happenings in Panama.
