he created another 600 million shares, for deals, compensation, and mergerizational reasons. another 1-200M more to go. i figure it'll get tapped out,

Watson could have done many things:
1) Keep increasing AS on and on
2) Get "toxic" funding and seriously dilute current holders
3) Restructure through lets say Bankruptcy and wipe out shareholders
4) Reverse Split

He didnt...this COULD very well be the best option for keeping Guard Dog ID moving forward--sometimes the Captain has to give up the ship and hand over to a more able crew to sail to better shores
