I first learned of him on the FNLH board last spring. FNLH had been suspended by the SEC. The SEC wanted to to revoke registration. Shareholders were furious. One, ah, enthusiast announced to the board that he'd found this GREAT Florida attorney/accountant who had "connections" to the SEC.
