It is. It is a Regus virtual office location. I am sure they are just using it as a mail drop. For about $300 a month, give or take, they will forward all the mail and faxes received there, and take messages for any calls.
Regus seem to be the preferred leaser to these types of scammers. They have very photogenic and somewhat prestigious locations they can "sell" to their victims; They are cheap; and they don't seem to ask many questions of their clients.
