If I were to send anyone in to speak with the insurance giants, it would be you. You have become well versed in their legal jargin. Thus I think you are best suited to inquire. They cannot give you the runaround like they could me, throwing me off with clue's that don't matter.

I say you grab your sword and shield and see what you can get out of them. You've asked a simple and straight-forward question, who pays?

Explain it in terms as if you are concerned about you're own experience. They will provide you with more information than anyone on this board. However, Matt, may also have an answer, and you should bark up that tree as well.

I want you to find your answer, I just don't think the board can do anything to produce it.

I look forward to you asking these questions from the companies that are qualified to answer them. I don't believe anyone on this board can or should try to answer them. So instead of speculating about what the answers could be and losing sleep over it take them to the POWERS THAT BE! Who knows, you might like what you hear. See my point?

MrLong, I agree, if we have been storing stems for free, we are being suckered by the insurance company. Just because they own stock, it should not entitle them to direct policy of the storage company to add to their bottom line at other stockholders expense. I think that is what you are getting at and I believe it is relevant and does have impact on the performance of CBAI stock price.

I would not have a problem asking someone if what you have pointed out is happening for the benefit of the insurance company and not CBAI. I would think that others here would be interested enough to ask Matt since they have such close connections with him. No need to push you to do it, for you have done enough DD to expose the possibiliy of costing our value of our investment. I would like to know the answer myself. If we are getting paid by the insurance company, it would be very exciting for our bottom line.
