Apparently in Canada regulators can shoot first, then ask questions later.
Bizarre that ASC can just extend for 6 more months with no rationale, no explanation, no new news.
That write-up by the ASC was as vague as can be and 1/2 of it was about 1 of the respondents, "Anthony Parker (also known as Anthony Parfitt".
They didn't even do a news release in their PR section of the ASC website. They were all proud of themselves in the summer, posting a bunch of stuff all over their website about Skymark, but now they just arbitrarily extend the CTO for 6 months, with next to no mention on their website.
As I said before, SEC should investigate ASC.
