Let's end the guessing games! Let's have the CEO tell us the terms of the restricted shares. This is Emax - so she WON'T

6 months is the typical time for restricted shares to be restricted. Until the "transparent" CEO says otherwise, I am sticking with it. If this bothers you, I suggest your contact the percussionist, and ask her to make it public.

You make a ridiculous assumption that all shares are sold as soon as they become unrestricted.
