no its not April, because if you say a time frame, you are playing guessing games, thats not good. look at the chart and show me in april that 700mm share sale at 10% of the issue price!!! you wont be able to do it...because nobody in their right minds would take issuance of shares above a penny only to sell @ 90% discount, nobody!
