MBD, we need some solid news soon. Maybe something big is in the works, but the recent S-8 combined with Friday's filing has to leave investors wondering. I am a big believer in ERFW's potential, but the company appears to be shooting themselves in the foot time and time again. If they would just get out of their own way, this would be well over .10 by now. Hopefully this is all part of a master plan.
