I agree King. All i really can say is that what is transpiring is very frustrating for investors. What is frustrating is that we are NOT privy to the plan and details that are taking place behind the scenes.
As investors we have to trust that management has our BEST interest at heart. I truly believe that when the smoke clears we will see blue skies, that is why i remain a shareholder here.
At first glance things don't look like we would like them to look, however as i have dug deeper into what appears to be going on i like the direction.
The action the company took had to be taken. Hopefully while this process unwinds we get rid of our dead weight penny stock thinkers that has been holding us back as well as other factors that are in play. This could be the catalyst that the MM's were looking for to finally steal as many shares as they can before any more price changing news hits!
As we know MM's can and will take this up when they want to. This has NOT had it's run yet! It has to come and when it does it will be HUGE!!! You can only hold down a lid on a HOT BOILING pot for ONLY so long before the pressure builds up and the lid BLOWS OFF!!!!
Keep in mind we may NOT have to take the direction of a r/s. Company imo are just looking at all possible scenarios at getting everything on the table. I commend them for that. I hope we avoid that route but what do i know, i don't have all the information available to me.
IMO we DEFINITELY need to move to another exchange!!! We have to get the attention of REAL INVESTORS!!! How company goes about doing this is up to them. I trust once again that they will do what is BEST for us shareholders.
Now that that the action of the schedule 14c is out there, the company can NOW move forward to getting share price up. Month over Month revenues are increasing that is a FACT!! This will be a winner BIGTIME for those with patience IMO! Also just because shares are authorized does NOT mean they have to be used.
