No it does not, what matters in crap like CDIV is who has the paper and who and how much is being paid to promote/sell the paper.
Here the paper has been dumped and the promo is done. Maybe a year or two down the road it will be pump and dumped again, by then the price could be .001 or lower though. Perhaps they will just kill the stock and not pump and dump it again.

NOPE ... Financials show financial strength.
CDIV has NO financial strength and can't grow because its losing GOBS of money every quarter.
Without financial strength the business plan can't be implemented.
Some poor shareholder loaned CDIV some money last quarter and will be lucky to get Pennies on the $$ back.
Only option remaining for CDIV is Dilution and dumping stock.

Pinks run from PUMPS, PAID PROMOS, MANIPULATION, and YES MOMO and CHARTS as well... but DUMPS can go on the whole way ;-) and when a PINK runs 100,000 FREAKING PERCENT and people still all over screaming how it is going to just keep on going... lolzzz... ya got to know the main PUMP and DUMP is basically OVER ... they can't do it twice... again 1,000%+ is a normal huge pump and dump run on pinks... CDIV went 100,000 FREAKING PERCENT :-D
