Wait, hold on. This is a bear fund. Duh. Sorry.

The entry was at the 377 day moving average, if you are wanting to swing for a lower TLT price. The short side is a bit more risky now than it was. Not sure what price TMV would be at TLT 88, or TLT 85. But those would both be downside targets.
