If share issuance is a measure, the company was obviously NOT dormant THROUGH 2009, the year 60m shares were issued to PM. Which should serve to confirm your point. But the Carraway connection is still lost on me.
By the way, I'm obviously a little slow on the uptake, but since PM got his 60m in June of 2009 doesn't that mean that the OTCmarkets share structure data is now outdated to the tune of about 20 months?
