Hook I'm against compensating people for loyalty, rather than performance and value-added contributions. Consider me old-fashioned if you like. I don't care if everyone else is doing it or not, it is just plain wrong IMO. Ethical behavior is based upon absolutes, instead of relativity. Integrity is doing what is right, even when no one else is looking or when everyone else is doing something different.
