) The July 16th 2008 press release erroneously stated MOP([R]) Maximum Oil Pickup is EPA approved as environmentally safe however as pointed out by the EPA, they do not approve oil absorbent products as environmentally safe. A simple example cited by the EPA is that if any oil saturated sorbent were eaten by any animal or aquatic life the oil itself would be toxic. We apologize for the errors in our July 16th press release due to our misunderstanding.

i always thought that it would be hard to sell a product when there is some cloudiness about EPA approval and it's applications.

like i said, old news, but something to think about.
