I personally, have already allowed myself the possibly to be an idiot, as
not only do I think that if, Howard and Harry have accomplished what I think they have…..we will all be very happy campers……
and, I hope, that they will be as generous with us long suffering shareholders, as they have been with themselves (well maybe not exactly as, LOL)
and, I actually believe we did win in the Ericy litigation, with, our engine and transmission, and that it was, indeed, a watershed event
and, I actually believe we did win in the Samsung litigation
and, I still believe the 1999 contract with Nokia that was structured with HG’s input/oversight, will indeed be honored as to its original intent and terms
and, last, but not least, I also believe the court of appeals will correct the one major “error”
and, on the other hand, genius would be acceptable as well, idiot or genius, I can deal with, victim is another story
what I am trying to avoid, is the possibility of being “taken to the cleaners” by any, unscrupulous, misleading, manipulative vultures! Be they known as “the exchange”, “the street”, “the shorters”, or “the do-gooders”
With, full knowledge that we are not Qualcomm, and my expectations set accordingly,
and, with conviction that I have done all of the DD, I am capable of,
I do believe that you are right, L2V, and DD, if there are not consequences for negative behavior, history will repeat!
Thus, I strongly suggest that Nokia will “see it our way” for both 2G and 3G, drop all remaining litigation, and move upward and onward, anytime after April 14th.
